ANNUAL CALIBRATION AGREEMENT (ACA)

NRTC has been providing calibration services to industries of Himachal & neighboring states for last three years. Recently, number of industries have approached NRTC to take further responsibility of ”Calibration Management” under its regulation. Considering the calibration, as specialized services required for maintaining the Quality of the product or process, the “Calibration management" nowadays is in utmost demand. NRTC has entered this year in an Annual Calibration Agreement with interested industries under Calibration Management to ease out the various problems industries do face before and after the calibration of instrument. The industry as a party to NRTC can take this opportunity of ACA.
SCOPE UNDER ACA:
1. The industry as a party should be or will have to become Consortium Member of NRTC.
2. The party has to furnish the list of equipment /instruments with details to be calibrated.
3. Based on the scale (SSI/MSI/LSI), the industry has to give the services of at least minimum value of order per annum to NRTC.
4. Under ACA the charges of calibration with maximum discount are offered, separately
attached.
5. NRTC will keep the records of instruments to be calibrated & take care of its timely
calibration.
6. The collection and delivery of enlisted instruments will be responsibility of NRTC.
7. NRTC will make two free visits under on-sight inspection at the time of calibration.
8. In case of on sight calibration the calibration charge will be 1.5 times of the normal
Charges.
9.The agreement can be revised after one year from the date of agreement, if so
necessary.
10. Both the organisations will deem to co-operate each other for the smooth & quality services & will pass on information to each other as and when required.
11.The payment regarding calibration can be done in advance or within 10 days after the completion of the job work.
12. Payment can be done by Draft /Cash against the Proforma invoice/bill.
